The turquoise side of Watamu
Safari Blue is a full day on the water aboard a traditional wooden dhow. You sail through the protected waters of Watamu Marine Park, stop to snorkel over coral gardens full of reef fish, and spend time on the sandbanks that appear when the tide drops. On calm days dolphins and turtles are often seen in the channel.
The route follows the tide and the weather, through the marine park or into the mangroves of Mida Creek, so no two days are quite the same.
