A small property of eight elegant rooms in Watamu. We work directly with agents and operators, and you will always deal with a person who knows the house.
What we are
TAWI feels like a stylish home, with the service of a small, special hotel. 8 private rooms, all equal in style, comfort and quality, set around a courtyard pool, with a guest-only restaurant and a rooftop bar in the sea breeze. We are 300 m from Fortamu Beach, across the road from 7 Islands Resort, Love Island and Paparemo Beach Club.
Because every room is the same, there is no upgrade game and no “worse room” for your client. Stays can be booked room-only on B&B or half board, or combined with tours, safaris and transfers arranged with our partner Dreaming Kenya.

Meal plans
B&B or half board, served in our guest-only restaurant and on the rooftop with the sea breeze.

Courtyard swimming pool, reception service, laundry for guests, a power backup generator, Italian and English sockets, and an extra bed on request.

How to work with us
1. Open an account
Tell us about your agency with the form below. We will reply personally with our trade sheet: rates, commission and terms in writing.
2. Send us your dates
There is no live booking engine. Send your client’s dates, room count and meal plan, and we will check availability and confirm back to you.
3. Add the extras
Transfers, tours and safaris can be added to any stay. Tell us what your client would love and we will build it around their dates.

Commission levels, cancellation terms and payment conditions are confirmed on your trade sheet. Please ask rather than quote from this page.
